About the Recipe


- Two (1 pound) pork tenderloins (the stars of our dish)

- 2 tablespoons honey (adding a touch of sweetness)

- ½ teaspoon kosher salt (just the right amount)

- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper (a hint of spice)

1. Turn up the heat on your cast iron skillet and preheat your oven to a toasty 400°F (it's go time!).
